Him Teknoforge Ltd has informed BSE that its joint venture company, Dinamico Axles & Drive Wheels Private Limited, has been formally incorporated in India on September 1, 2025. This JV was set up with Italy-based Borghi Assali S.r.l. (50% stake) and Mr. Piercelestino Pecorari (10% stake), while Him Teknoforge holds 40% equity. The new company will focus on marketing, selling, and commercialization of hydraulic and electric steering axles and drive wheels in India, Southeast Asia, and other agreed territories. Him Teknoforge will invest ₹7.20 lakh by subscribing to 72,000 equity shares at ₹10 each.
