Himatsingka Seide approves Series E NCD re-classification, Rs 200 Cr via private placement

Himatsingka Seide's Securities Committee on July 10, 2026 approved re-classification of Series E NCDs. The company will issue 4,000 NCDs with face value Rs 5 lakh each, aggregating Rs 200 crore, via private placement to eligible investors. Coupon is 11.50% p.a. payable quarterly, tenure 42 months. Principal repaid in 3 instalments at 30, 36 and 42 months. Secured by pari passu charge on fixed assets at manufacturing plants in Hassan and Doddaballapur. NCDs will not be listed.
