Himatsingka Seide Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue declined to ₹4,272 million in Q4 (vs ₹5,166 million in Q4 FY25) and full-year revenue fell to ₹18,824 million from ₹22,205 million. However, standalone net profit surged 63% to ₹321 million for FY26 compared to ₹197 million in FY25, indicating improved operational efficiency. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹25,151 million with net profit after tax of ₹6,196 million. Basic EPS improved to ₹4.80 for FY26 from ₹3.40 in FY25.
The stock may see mixed reaction as revenue declines but profitability improved significantly YoY. The dividend proposal provides some investor support despite top-line weakness in both standalone and consolidated segments.
