Member in the 37th AGM approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Sharma as Independent Director for 5 years

At the 37th Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2025, members of Hindustan Adhesives Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Sharma (DIN: 11255297) as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is for a term of five years, effective from 4th September 2025. Mr. Sharma, aged 44, holds a B.Com degree and an M.Sc. in Yoga, with expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, legal and regulatory compliance. He is not debarred from holding directorship by SEBI or any other authority, and has no inter-se relationship with other directors.
