Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced that its 62nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 28th August 2025 at 3:30 PM via Video Conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15 per share, with the record date set as Thursday, 21st August 2025. E-voting will be open from 24th August 2025 (9:00 AM) to 27th August 2025 (5:00 PM) through KFin Technologies. TDS on the dividend will be deducted as per Income Tax Act provisions. The notice and annual report have already been sent to members electronically on 30th July 2025.
Investors should note the record date of 21st August 2025 to be eligible for the Rs. 15 per share final dividend. E-voting window allows shareholders to vote remotely ahead of the AGM on 28th August 2025.
