HCC has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published on June 24, 2026 in Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi) regarding SEBI's special window open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. This window allows re-lodgement of transfer deeds that were originally lodged before April 1, 2019 but were rejected, returned, or not attended to. Re-lodged shares will be issued only in demat form and will carry a one-year lock-in from the date of transfer registration. Disputes and IEPF-transferred shares are excluded.
Routine compliance filing. Shareholders with previously rejected old transfer deeds can re-lodge them during the special window. No material impact on stock price.
