Hindustan Foods Limited has submitted its Q4 FY26 monitoring agency report by CARE Ratings for the Rs. 399.99 crore preferential issue of convertible warrants. The company revised the issue size to Rs. 377.50 crore after cancellation of 5.32 lakh warrants due to non-exercise by one investor. Net proceeds of Rs. 374 crore (after issue expenses) have been 86% utilized (Rs. 321.58 crore) with Rs. 52.42 crore remaining. During Q4, the company deployed Rs. 6 crore toward acquisition of Ultra Beauty Care Private Limited's business (total deal value Rs. 19.90 crore). Capital expenditure on greenfield and brownfield projects also progressed with Rs. 12.63 crore and Rs. 12.77 crore deployed respectively. Unutilized funds are parked in HDFC Bank fixed deposits earning 4.25%-6.45% ROI.
