Hindustan Housing Company Ltd (HHCL) has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, published in Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on 24th May 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. Total income from operations stood at ₹132.83 lakhs for Q4 FY25 (down from ₹152.20 lakhs in Q4 FY24) and ₹673.58 lakhs for full-year FY25 (down from ₹722.62 lakhs in FY24). Net profit after tax fell to ₹21.13 lakhs in Q4 FY25 from ₹47.52 lakhs in Q4 FY24, and to ₹210.09 lakhs for FY25 from ₹236.23 lakhs in FY24. Total comprehensive income for FY25 dropped sharply to ₹699.33 lakhs from ₹1,783.22 lakhs in FY24. The company operates in only one business segment (engineering goods trading) and results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.
This is a routine compliance filing with no new business decision, but the embedded numbers show a decline in both revenue and profit on a YoY basis for Q4 and full-year FY25, which may be viewed negatively by shareholders. EPS has also dropped, though with a very small share base the absolute numbers remain modest.
