Newspaper publication on IEPF transfer of shares and unclaimed dividend

HMVL submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in Mint (English) and Hindustan (Hindi) on 18 July 2026. The notices inform shareholders that equity shares whose dividend has remained unpaid or unclaimed for 7 or more consecutive years will be transferred to the IEPF Authority as per Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders are advised to claim unclaimed dividend before 21 October 2026. Unclaimed dividend up to FY 2017-18 and related shares have already been transferred to IEPF.
Shareholders with 7 plus years of unclaimed dividends must claim before 21 October 2026 or face transfer of their shares to IEPF Authority.
