Hindustan Zinc Limited's Board has approved appointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term. The current auditors, M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, will complete their second term at the conclusion of the 60th AGM. The new appointment will commence from the 60th AGM until the 65th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
