Hisar Spinning Mills reported audited FY26 results with Total Income of ₹4,449 lakh and PAT of ₹330.60 lakh, up ~12.9% YoY from ₹292.81 lakh in FY25. Revenue from operations declined marginally to ₹4,410.94 lakh from ₹4,487.79 lakh. PBT grew to ₹433.94 lakh from ₹401.27 lakh, driven partly by a sharp rise in depreciation to ₹220.71 lakh (vs ₹130.50 lakh). The auditors issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. Total borrowings reduced significantly from ₹718.92 lakh to ₹353.37 lakh, indicating active deleveraging. Cash and cash equivalents fell from ₹449.41 lakh to ₹232.46 lakh due to working capital build-up (inventories up ₹244 lakh). EPS stands at ₹8.85 per share.
Stable earnings with modest PAT growth and substantial debt reduction; however, flat revenue and high depreciation are concerns. Unmodified audit opinion is a positive signal for governance.
