HMA Agro Industries reported strong FY26 revenue of ₹6,917 Cr (standalone) and ₹6,916 Cr (consolidated), growing 39% and 35% YoY respectively. Export volumes increased to 2,21,187 MT. Standalone PAT surged 111% to ₹1,271 Mn, recovering from a Q4 FY25 loss. However, Q4 consolidated PAT declined 33% YoY to ₹82 Mn, and EBITDA margins remain thin at 3-4%. The company maintains 83.6% promoter holding and declared 30% dividend. The presentation highlights Asia's largest integrated plant (2026), expansion into Malaysia exports, and diversified portfolio including frozen meat, seafood, rice, and pet food across 40+ countries.
Revenue growth is impressive but thin margins and Q4 PAT decline on consolidated basis may raise concerns about profitability sustainability. The high promoter holding (83.6%) limits retail float. Strong export business and dividend offer some stability for investors.
