HMT Limited received notices from BSE and NSE imposing a fine of Rs 1,71,100 each (inclusive of GST) for non-compliance of SEBI LODR Regulation 33. The reason is failure to submit audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 within the May 30, 2026 deadline. The fine will keep increasing daily until compliance is achieved. The company says it is applying for waiver under the SOP circular and that audit at its various units is at an advanced stage. Results will be filed at the earliest.
Minor regulatory penalty for late filing of results. Fine rises daily until submission. No direct operational impact, but reflects compliance weakness.
