Honasa Consumer (parent of Mamaearth) filed its Q3 FY26 investor presentation alongside its earnings call. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 602 Cr (16.2% YoY), or INR 630 Cr on a like-for-like basis (21.7% YoY), after adjusting for a Flipkart settlement change that lowered reported topline by INR 28 Cr without affecting profitability. EBITDA more than doubled to INR 66 Cr (margin 10.9% vs 5.0% in Q3 FY25), driven by lower ad spends and operating leverage, while profit after tax before exceptional items grew 111% YoY to INR 55 Cr. The younger brands portfolio (The Derma Co, Aqualogica, Dr Sheth's, BBlunt, Staze) grew 25%+ YoY, Mamaearth returned to growth with 90% of investment focused on key categories, and market share improved in face cleanser and shampoo. The company also completed the acquisition of men's personal care brand Reginald Men and expanded its offline reach to 2.7 lakh+ outlets.
Strong margin expansion and double-digit revenue growth are positive signals for shareholders, showing the business is scaling profitably despite a one-time revenue accounting change. The improved EBITDA profile, combined with brand portfolio expansion (younger brands + Reginald Men) and widening distribution, supports the growth story and could be viewed favourably by the market.
