Honda India Power Products reported strong revenue growth for Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 27,040 lakhs from Rs. 20,418 lakhs in Q3 FY25, an increase of about 32%. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew to Rs. 60,092 lakhs from Rs. 52,555 lakhs. Export revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 11,941 lakhs (from Rs. 6,244 lakhs). However, profit after tax for the quarter fell to Rs. 1,667 lakhs (from Rs. 1,909 lakhs) and for nine months fell to Rs. 3,732 lakhs (from Rs. 4,378 lakhs) due to a one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 1,184 lakhs related to the new Labour Codes. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share (35%) with record date February 19, 2026. Mr. Shigeki Iwama was reappointed as CMD, President & CEO for one year effective April 1, 2026.
Positive for shareholders due to strong top-line growth, especially in exports, and a 35% interim dividend. Short-term profit dip is purely from a non-recurring Labour Codes accounting adjustment and not from core operations, so the underlying business looks healthy. The CEO reappointment provides continuity at the leadership level.
