Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited, the SEBI-appointed monitoring agency, submitted its second monitoring report for HRS Aluglaze's IPO proceeds. The company raised ₹50.92 crore via a fresh equity issue in December 2025 (53,04,000 shares at ₹96 each). As of March 31, 2026, ₹31.07 crore (61%) of the funds have been deployed across the four stated objects. Capital expenditure for the Rajoda (Ahmedabad) assembly and glass glazing line has used ₹11.39 crore out of ₹18.30 crore allocated, with ₹6.90 crore still unutilised. Working capital utilisation stands at ₹18.47 crore of ₹19.00 crore. General corporate purpose spending reached ₹7.61 crore of ₹7.62 crore. Issue expenses are fully deployed at ₹6.00 crore. The unutilised ₹19.86 crore is deployed in SBI fixed deposits earning 6.25% per annum. No deviations from the offer document objects were reported.
The IPO proceeds are being deployed largely on schedule with no material deviations, which is a positive signal for investors. The ₹7.50 crore parked in FDs shows prudent deployment pending expenditure on the ongoing capital expenditure and working capital objects.
