HUDCO has shared its investor presentation for the FY25 earnings call held on May 8, 2025. The company reported its highest-ever loan sanctions of ₹1,27,952 crore (up 55% YoY) and disbursements of ₹40,038 crore (up 123% YoY). Profit after tax grew nearly 28% to ₹2,709 crore, with revenue from operations rising 32% to ₹10,311 crore. Asset quality improved sharply, with Gross NPA falling to 1.67% and Net NPA at just 0.25%, among the best in the industry. The company also reduced its average cost of borrowings from 7.63% to 7.29%, boosting margins, and declared a dividend of ₹4.15 per share. The presentation highlights significant growth opportunities from PMAY 2.0, the ₹1 lakh crore Urban Challenge Fund, and large MoUs with states for infrastructure financing.
Strong, record-breaking financial performance with improving margins, falling NPAs, and a robust sanctions pipeline is likely to be viewed positively by investors. The combination of government backing (75% promoter holding), Navratna status, and expanding infrastructure opportunity supports a constructive outlook for the stock.
