HUDCO has filed the newspaper publication of its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR rules. On a standalone basis, full-year total income from operations rose to ₹10,311.29 crore from ₹7,784.29 crore a year earlier, a jump of about 32%. Net profit after tax for the year stood at ₹2,709.14 crore versus ₹2,116.74 crore in FY24, while FY25 EPS came in at ₹13.53 versus ₹10.57. Q4 standalone net profit was ₹727.74 crore (vs ₹700.16 crore in Q4 FY24). The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.05 per share, taking total FY25 dividends to ₹4.15 per share, with total payout of ₹830.79 crore (41.5% of face value). Total debt stood at ₹1,07,280.61 crore and net worth at ₹17,969.79 crore, giving a debt-to-equity ratio of 5.72.
Strong topline and profit growth with a healthy dividend payout signals solid operating performance, though the high debt-to-equity ratio remains a watchpoint. The result publication is procedural and the financial details were already approved by the Board on May 7, 2025, so the immediate stock reaction is likely to be limited.
