HUDCO has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 10th November 2025. The Board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 (Q2 FY26). It will also consider recommending a 2nd interim dividend for FY 2025-26, if any. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the dividend has been set as Wednesday, 19th November 2025, subject to Board approval. The trading window for dealing in HUDCO securities, which has been closed since 1st October 2025, will remain closed until 12th November 2025.
