Loan sanctions hit an all-time high of ₹1,64,758 crore (29% YoY), disbursements rose 28% to ₹51,194 crore, and the loan book expanded 29% to ₹1,60,724 crore. The company mobilised ₹67,503 crore in borrowings, reducing its cost of funds by ~19 bps to 6.56%. HUDCO signed multiple high-value MoUs totalling over ₹5.6 lakh crore with state governments and urban development authorities (MMRDA, MP, Rajasthan, NMRDA, Chhattisgarh, Port sector). The company also launched its Urban Invest Window (UiWIN) to support ULBs in preparing UCF-ready projects.
HUDCO's near-49% profit surge, pristine asset quality, and ₹3 lakh crore balance sheet target by FY30 signal strong execution capability. Government ownership (75%) and multi-year MoU pipeline provide revenue visibility, supporting a positive long-term outlook for the stock.
