Hubtown Ltd reported FY26 total income of Rs. 833 crore (up 58% YoY) with PBT of Rs. 188 crore (up 95%) and PAT of Rs. 168 crore (up 205%). Proforma pre-sales stood at Rs. 4,382 crore and proforma collections at Rs. 1,910 crore for the year. The company received NCLT approval for amalgamation of 25 West Realty and Saicharan Consultancy, with approvals pending for additional merger entities. Management cited demand moderation due to macroeconomic headwinds but expressed confidence in its premium residential portfolio in MMR region. Looking ahead, the company targets FY27 proforma pre-sales of Rs. 6,000 crore and cash collection of Rs. 3,000 crore.
Strong year-on-year profitability growth and improved margins (PBT margin 29% vs 24% in FY25) reflect successful execution, while the merger consolidation should enhance scale and operating efficiencies. The FY27 guidance of Rs. 6,000 crore pre-sales implies significant growth trajectory, though execution risks remain amid demand headwinds.
