HUL Q1 Results: Revenue rises 10% YoY to Rs 17,149 crore, but profit falls 3% on one-off tax credit

Hindustan Unilever reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 17,149 crore, up 10.2% YoY from Rs 15,552 crore, with underlying sales growth of 10% driven equally by volume and price, its strongest in 13 quarters. EBITDA rose 8% YoY to Rs 3,947 crore though EBITDA margin contracted 40 basis points to 23%. Net profit fell 3% due to a one-off tax credit in the base quarter.
