Hybrid Financial Services Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 in newspapers, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Total income from operations fell sharply to ₹41.97 lakhs in Q1 FY26 from ₹98.42 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a drop of about 57%. Net profit after tax also declined steeply to ₹10.14 lakhs from ₹65.86 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) stood at ₹0.03, down from ₹0.22 in Q1 FY25. For the full year FY25, total income was ₹352.97 lakhs and net profit after tax was ₹205.93 lakhs, both significantly lower than FY24 figures of ₹718.93 lakhs and ₹383.68 lakhs respectively. The results were signed by K. Chandramouli, Whole Time Director and Company Secretary.
This is a weak quarter for the company with both revenue and profits falling sharply year-on-year, which is negative for shareholders and likely to weigh on the stock price. The results confirm a broader declining trend in annual performance as well.
