Hybrid Financial Services has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on 10th February 2026 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. For the first time, these results will be presented on a Merged Entity basis, following the NCLT's approval on 16th October 2025 of the Scheme of Arrangement for merging its wholly owned subsidiary Maximus Securities Limited into the company. The trading window for designated persons is closed from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the results are declared.
This is a routine pre-results intimation and does not move the stock by itself. Investors should watch for the actual Q3 numbers on 10th February, as the merger of Maximus Securities will change the size and composition of the reported financials for the first time.
