Hypersoft Technologies reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹992.86 lakhs for Q1 FY26, a sharp jump from just ₹13.93 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total revenue stood at ₹995.73 lakhs versus ₹17.30 lakhs a year ago. The company swung to a profit before tax of ₹112.88 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹1.19 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax came in at ₹83.53 lakhs (EPS of ₹1.96) versus a loss of ₹1.19 lakhs (negative EPS of ₹0.03) earlier. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. Separately, the board approved the allotment of 1.20 crore equity shares at ₹10 each via a share swap to acquire NX Global Pte. Ltd., making it a wholly owned subsidiary and bringing Mindgate Solutions Pte Ltd and Mindgate Solutions LLC as step-down subsidiaries.
Strong quarter-on-quarter revenue and profit turnaround is positive for shareholders, though the small base and reserves still in the negative (₹-123.43 lakhs) warrant caution. The NX Global acquisition could significantly scale up the business going forward, but existing shareholders will see dilution once the Open Offer process is completed.
