ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 87,251 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 9, 2025. Of these, 74,489 shares were allotted under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme 2005, and 12,762 shares under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme 2023.
