ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 254,725 equity shares of ₹10 each on May 23, 2025. Out of these, 238,379 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, and 16,346 shares under the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023.
