ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 25,995 equity shares of ₹10 each on March 5, 2026 under its employee stock schemes. Of these, 25,284 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2005, and 711 shares under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023. The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director pursuant to Board authority delegated at the July 18, 2023 meeting.
