ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 91,272 equity shares of ₹10 each on March 12, 2026 under its employee stock plans. Of these, 90,254 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2005, and 1,018 shares under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023.
