ICICI Prudential AMC 33rd AGM concludes, all 8 resolutions passed, Rs 12.40 dividend declared

ICICI Prudential AMC held its 33rd AGM on June 24, 2026 via video conferencing, the first since equity listing. Shareholders approved all 8 resolutions including adoption of FY26 financial statements and declaration of a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per share (face value Rs 1). About 95.39 percent of total shares were polled, with all resolutions passing with over 99.8 percent support.
