ICICI Prudential AMC has called its 33rd AGM on June 24, 2026 via video conferencing. The meeting will consider adoption of FY2026 financial statements, declaration of final dividend of ₹12.40 per equity share (face value ₹1), and re-appointment of Mr. Nimesh Shah as Director. Special business includes appointment of Mr. Prashant Kumar as Independent Director for 5 years, appointment of Mr. Rajeev Mittal as Non-Executive Director, appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years, and revision in remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Nimesh Shah (fixed salary ₹63.34 million + allowances ₹29.22 million) and Executive Director Mr. Sankaran Naren (fixed salary ₹40.13 million + allowances ₹20.85 million).
