ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund raises stake to 5.24% in Container Corporation of India

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund increased its stake in Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) to 5.24 percent by acquiring around 44 lakh equity shares through open market transactions on 30 June 2026. The fund house's shareholding rose from 4.66 percent to 5.24 percent, crossing the 5 percent disclosure threshold under SEBI takeover regulations. The acquisition was stated to be made for investment purposes.
