Icon Facilitators Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radiance Manpower Solutions, a Meerut-based firm, for a strategic collaboration in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services. The partnership will cover soft services (housekeeping, cleaning), hard services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), technical services, and manpower supply, with a geographic focus on Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The two parties are targeting a combined revenue of INR 50 crores in FY 2026-27. Icon's standalone turnover was about INR 58 crores in FY 2024-25, while Radiance reported around INR 16.48 crores in the same period. The MoU is valid for three years, is non-exclusive, and revenue sharing will be decided on a project-to-project basis.
This collaboration could help Icon strengthen its North India footprint and tap into the UP/Uttarakhand market, with a meaningful revenue target relative to its current size. However, the MoU is non-binding and execution will depend on actual contract wins, so shareholders should treat this as a positive intent signal rather than a confirmed revenue driver.
