ICRA Limited announced its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 11.6% YoY to Rs 49,802.12 lakhs (vs Rs 44,611.47 lakhs in FY24), while profit after tax rose about 12.4% to Rs 17,120.42 lakhs (vs Rs 15,224.19 lakhs). Q4 FY25 was strong with PAT of Rs 5,598.97 lakhs, up nearly 19% from Rs 4,705.75 lakhs a year ago. The Ratings & ancillary services segment showed healthy growth of about 14% while Research & Analytics grew around 8%. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 60 per share (vs Rs 100 last year, which included a Rs 60 special dividend), with total payout of Rs 57.91 crore. The 34th AGM is scheduled for July 31, 2025, with record date July 25, 2025. Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified audit opinion.
Solid double-digit growth in both revenue and profit reflects steady business momentum, though the lower regular dividend (no special dividend this year) may temper income expectations for shareholders. Stable operations and clean audit report are positive signals for investor confidence.
