ICRA Limited reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 174.9 crore, up 28.4% year-on-year, and full-year revenue of Rs 599.5 crore, up 20.4%. Profit before tax for FY2026 stood at Rs 257.4 crore, a 10% increase from the previous year. The ratings business grew 14.2% for the year driven by credit growth and bond market activity, while Research & Analytics revenue surged 56.8% in Q4 and 29.8% for the full year, largely due to the acquisition of Fintellix India Private Limited. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 105 per equity share including a special dividend of Rs 35 to mark ICRA's 35th anniversary, representing a total payout of Rs 101.3 crore versus Rs 57.9 crore in the prior year. A one-time exceptional charge from new Labour Codes implementation was also recognized.
Strong revenue and profit growth with significantly higher dividend signals solid performance; the Fintellix acquisition is driving non-ratings revenue diversification, though this comes with higher amortization costs.
