ICSA board appoints statutory and secretarial auditors, shifts registered office to Hyderabad

ICSA board approved appointing Bhargavi Priya and Associates as Statutory Auditor and T Durga Pallavi as Secretarial Auditor, covering FY 2018-19 to FY 2025-26 which includes the CIRP period. Both appointments need shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Registered office shifted to Hyderabad.
