IDBI Bank has informed the exchanges that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 15 to July 21, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the 22nd Annual General Meeting to be held on July 21, 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting rights of members is July 14, 2026 (end of day). E-voting will commence on July 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM and end on July 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The AGM will be conducted through video conferencing. The disclosure is made under Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
No share transfers or trades will be processed during the book closure window from July 15 to July 21. Shareholders on record by July 14 can exercise voting rights.
