IDBI Bank has published a public notice advising shareholders to register their email IDs to receive AGM notices, annual reports, and dividend communications electronically. The bank will conduct its 22nd Annual General Meeting exclusively through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Physical shareholders are being encouraged to dematerialize their shares. SEBI regulations require all dividend payments to be made through electronic mode, so shareholders must update their bank account details, PAN, contact details, and specimen signatures with the RTA (KFin Technologies Limited). Physical shareholders with incomplete KYC will only receive dividends via electronic mode.
