IdeaForge reported a sharp decline in FY25 performance, with consolidated revenue falling to Rs.161 crores from Rs.314 crores in FY24. Q4 revenue stood at Rs.20 crores (vs Rs.17 crores in Q3), with FY25 EBITDA loss of Rs.31 crores and PAT loss of Rs.62 crores. The order book at March-end was only ~Rs.14 crores, but management highlighted an active L1 pipeline of Rs.400+ crores, including emergency counter-insurgency procurements expected to close by early Q2 FY26. The company launched new platforms ZOLT (tactical drone), YETI (logistics drone), and NETRA 5 quadcopter, made a strategic investment in US-based Vantage Robotics, and partnered with Resonia for tower construction. SWITCH UAV received DGQA 'Fit for Indian military use' certification in Q4. R&D spend was Rs.76.5 crores in FY25, expected to continue at similar levels.
Stock remains under pressure given the steep revenue fall and order book at multi-year lows, but the Rs.400+ crores L1 pipeline and post-Pahalgam emergency procurement push offer potential upside if conversion happens in coming quarters. Watch for order closures and Q1 FY26 execution, which management flagged could be another soft quarter if delays persist.
