ideaForge reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance with Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 141 Cr (vs INR 20.3 Cr in Q4 FY25) and profit after tax of INR 60 Cr, swinging from a loss of INR 25.7 Cr a year ago. For the full year FY26, revenue grew to INR 226.1 Cr (vs INR 161.2 Cr in FY25) and EBITDA turned positive at INR 27.1 Cr, though the company still posted a small annual PAT loss of INR 17 Cr (down from a INR 62.3 Cr loss in FY25). The company booked its highest-ever annual orders of ~INR 530 Cr from defence and civil customers and executed 40% of its open order book in Q4, including delivery of electronic warfare (EW) resilient systems. ideaForge is expanding into combat drones (loitering munitions, kamikaze, long-range strike platforms), won its first US purchase order from a Texas school police department, became the first Indian drone firm to train NATO forces, and signed an MoU with Japan's DMP for AI drone expansion.
This is a strong positive for shareholders — revenue has scaled nearly 7x year-on-year in Q4, the company has turned profitable at the quarterly level, and a record INR 530 Cr order book provides strong revenue visibility for FY27. Expansion into combat drones, international markets (US, Japan, NATO), and improved margins suggest the business is at an inflection point, though the full-year still shows a small net loss which investors should track.
