IDream Film Infrastructure Company has received shareholder approval at an Adjourned EGM on January 27, 2026 to sharply raise its authorized share capital. The earlier authorized capital of Rs. 6.5 crore (65 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each) has been increased to Rs. 275 crore (27.5 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each), a roughly 42x jump in the maximum number of shares the company can issue. This was done by amending Clause V of the Memorandum of Association. The alteration has been disclosed to BSE under SEBI Listing Regulations. No actual share issuance, fundraising, or dilution has been announced at this stage — only the statutory ceiling has been raised.
This is a preparatory step that gives the company plenty of headroom to issue new shares in the future for fundraising, acquisitions, or stock-based payments, but it does not by itself create any dilution or change the share count outstanding. Existing shareholders may watch for a follow-up announcement if any new shares are eventually issued against this expanded limit.
