IEL Limited has filed newspaper clippings of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. For FY25, total income fell to Rs. 1,303.92 lakhs from Rs. 1,726.21 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 24.5%. Net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 13.57 lakhs from Rs. 25.68 lakhs, a fall of roughly 47%, with basic EPS halving to Rs. 0.041. The Q4 standalone numbers were particularly weak, with total income collapsing to just Rs. 6 lakhs (vs Rs. 333.76 lakhs in Q4 FY24) and the company swinging to a loss of Rs. 27.06 lakhs after tax versus a profit of Rs. 43.15 lakhs a year earlier. Reserves improved to Rs. 912.37 lakhs (from Rs. 617.98 lakhs) on the back of prior-year accumulations.
Negative for shareholders — both top-line and bottom-line contracted meaningfully in FY25, and Q4 swung to a loss, suggesting weakening business activity. The sharp drop in Q4 revenue may prompt concerns about the company's near-term earnings outlook despite stable reserves.
