IFB Industries Limited has informed the exchanges that CB Management Services Private Limited, their Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), has been amalgamated with MUFG Intime India Private Limited with effect from 8th May 2026. This merger was approved by the Regional Director (WR), Registrar of Companies, Mumbai under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013. The appointed date was 1st April 2025. CB Management Services was a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime India). The SEBI registration for the RTA has been transferred to MUFG Intime India. There will be no change in services rendered to shareholders, and RTA activities will continue seamlessly under the new entity name.
This is an administrative change in the RTA structure and does not directly impact IFB Industries' core business operations or financial position. Shareholders and investors will continue to receive the same services through the consolidated MUFG Intime India entity.
