IFGL Refractories Limited's Board has appointed Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal (DIN: 11676514) as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective 21st April, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Mr Rawal, a US Citizen of Indian origin with a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, currently serves as President of Mono Ceramics Inc (MCI), the company's material subsidiary in the US, and also heads the IFGL Group's Americas operations. He has been with the IFGL Group since 1983, bringing over 40 years of experience in the refractories and iron & steel industries. Subject to shareholder and other necessary approvals, he is slated to become Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer on 16th August, 2026, upon ceasing his role at MCI from 15th August, 2026.
