IIFL Finance reported strong FY26 results with consolidated total income rising to ₹13,373.83 crore from ₹10,237.07 crore last year. Net profit for the year jumped sharply to ₹1,816.70 crore from ₹578.16 crore, with Q4 net profit at ₹623.26 crore. Total assets stood at ₹89,059.04 crore, and asset quality remained stable with GNPA at 1.46% and NNPA at 0.73%. The board approved an enabling resolution to raise up to ₹10,000 crore via Non-Convertible Securities in FY27, subject to shareholder approval. Shah Gupta & Co. was appointed as an additional Joint Statutory Auditor alongside the existing auditors, and Vinay Agrawal was named Business Head - Loan Against Property.
The sharp jump in net profit and stable asset quality are positive signals for shareholders. The ₹10,000 crore fund-raising capacity points to growth plans, while the addition of a new joint auditor (not a replacement) is a routine governance update and not a red flag.
