IKIO Technologies has called its 10th AGM for July 30, 2026 at 3:30 PM via Video Conferencing. Items include: adoption of audited FY26 standalone and consolidated financials, re-appointment of Mr. Hardeep Singh as Director retiring by rotation, appointment of Agarwal and Saxena Chartered Accountants as new Statutory Auditors for 5 years (till 2031) at about Rs 1.87 Million per annum replacing BGJC and Associates, commission up to 1 percent of net profits to Non-Executive Independent Directors for FY26, and appointment of Ms. Madhu Pandit as Women Independent Director for 5 years from May 2026. E-voting runs July 27 to July 29, 2026.
