ARSS Infrastructure Projects held its 4th Monitoring Committee meeting on 8th October 2025 via video conferencing. The committee noted payments made under the approved resolution plan and decided to dissolve the existing Monitoring Committee. A new 6-member Monitoring Committee was formed, with 3 members from Assenting Financial Creditors and 3 from the Resolution Applicant (SRA), to oversee future arbitration receipts. The committee also recorded the cancellation of 1,06,19,468 (approximately 1.06 crore) existing promoter equity shares as per the approved resolution plan.
For shareholders, the cancellation of promoter equity shares is a significant capital structure change that will dilute or eliminate the previous promoters' stake, while the resolution plan payouts being completed signals the company is moving past its insolvency/restructuring phase. The new committee overseeing arbitration receipts suggests ongoing recovery efforts that could provide future value.
