The results were approved by the Board on February 13, 2026 and published in Financial Express (English and Gujarati editions) on February 14, 2026. Total income from operations for Q3 FY26 rose to Rs 2,135.35 lakhs from Rs 1,383.65 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while 9-month FY26 income came in at Rs 4,438.89 lakhs versus Rs 3,638.09 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was Rs 101.35 lakhs (vs Rs 100.00 lakhs in Q3 FY25), and for 9M FY26 it was Rs 305.90 lakhs (vs Rs 330.99 lakhs in 9M FY25). EPS stood at Rs 0.27 for the quarter (vs Rs 0.38 YoY) and Rs 0.81 for nine months (vs Rs 1.26 YoY).
Strong year-on-year revenue growth in Q3, though margins and profitability for the nine-month period have softened versus last year, which may limit near-term excitement despite the topline uptick.
