Inani Marbles has submitted to BSE the newspaper copies of its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2026, published in Hindustan Times (English) and Business Remedies (Hindi). For Q4 FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,074.46 lakhs versus Rs 1,127.80 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Full-year FY26 revenue rose to Rs 4,756.05 lakhs from Rs 4,407.64 lakhs in FY25. The company swung back to a profit in Q4 with a PBT of Rs 41.08 lakhs (against a loss of Rs 68.35 lakhs in Q4 FY25), but full-year PAT declined sharply to Rs 18.27 lakhs from Rs 70.63 lakhs. EPS for FY26 fell to Rs 0.10 from Rs 0.38 a year earlier.
This is a routine SEBI compliance filing republishing already-audited results in newspapers, so no new information is being disclosed. The underlying numbers, however, show a weak full-year performance with sharply lower profits, which may pressure investor sentiment despite the Q4 turnaround.
