The Board of Directors of Inani Securities Limited approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2025. Total income from operations rose to about Rs 295.25 lakhs in FY25 from around Rs 260.44 lakhs in FY24, a growth of roughly 13%. However, profit after tax fell sharply to about Rs 43.31 lakhs from Rs 71.88 lakhs in FY24, a decline of nearly 40%, partly due to an exceptional item charge of Rs 6.96 lakhs. The company also reported negative net cash from operating activities of Rs 105.83 lakhs in FY25, compared to a positive Rs 207.92 lakhs in FY24. Statutory auditor G.D. Upadhyay & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Mixed picture for shareholders — top-line growth is positive, but the steep fall in profits and the swing to negative operating cash flow point to working capital or expense pressures that investors should track closely. A clean audit opinion is reassuring, but the decline in earnings is likely to weigh on near-term sentiment.
